To equip a Steam startup movie, all you gotta do is first make sure you have the movie file you wanna use. Steam doesn't have a built-in feature to directly select a startup movie, so what you can do is replace the file manually. Navigate to your Steam installation folder, look for the 'resource' directory, and within it, find the 'media' folder. You'll see a file named 'steam' with a video format. That's your current startup movie. Backup the original file, then rename your new movie file exactly as the original and place it in the same folder. Restart Steam, and voila, new vibes!
