Equipping a weapon in Fallout Shelter on your Xbox One is super easy! Just navigate to your Dweller's inventory - you can do this by selecting the Dweller and then hitting the 'A' button. Once you're there, move over to their inventory, and you'll see a list of weapons they can carry. Choose the weapon you want them to have, and boom, they're now ready to defend your Vault or explore the wasteland with a bit more confidence!

Short answer: Select Dweller > 'A' for inventory > Pick weapon. Done!
Honestly, it's pretty straightforward but don't forget you can only equip weapons from a Dweller's inventory. So if you're looking to arm everyone to the teeth, make sure you've got enough weapons to go around. Nothing worse than a radroach invasion with half your Dwellers swinging their fists.
