How to Equip Archwing in Warframe Plains of Eidolon?
First, make sure you've got your Archwing Launcher Segment installed in your Foundry. Then, build the Archwing Launcher Gear item, equip it in your Gear wheel, and you're good to go!

You need to build the Archwing Launcher Segment in your Foundry. After that, craft the Archwing Launcher itself, stick it in your Gear wheel, and presto, you're soaring through the Plains!
Speaking from experience, make sure you've crafted the Archwing Launcher Segment first. It took me a while to figure that out!
