You can equip a companion by going to the Arsenal, selecting the Companion slot, and picking your favorite pet or sentinel.
Head to your Arsenal in the ship, then click on the companion slot and choose which one you want to equip. Boom, done!
Just go to your Arsenal, then click on the Companion tab and select your sidekick. It's like choosing your own Pokemon!
