You gotta get the Mandachord by playing as Octavia. Once you have her, you can access the Mandachord from her abilities menu and start making custom tracks.

Music maestro time! First, you need the Mandachord, which can be found with the Warframe Octavia. Only Octavia can use the Mandachord to create custom tunes. Simply craft Octavia, get into the Mandachord menu, and start composing your bangers. Don't forget to save your masterpiece!

In Warframe, you can only equip custom songs using Octavia鈥檚 Mandachord. No Octavia, no custom tunes.

As someone who spends way too much time in Warframe, I can tell you that you need Octavia for custom songs. Acquire her, dive into the Mandachord, and make some killer tracks. It's super fun!
