Just drag and drop, buddy. Open your dweller's profile, hit the inventory, and drag the weapon to 'em. Done deal.

Equipping your dwellers with weapons in Fallout Shelter is super easy! Just tap on the dweller you want to arm, and then tap on the little clipboard icon to open their inventory. From there, you can see any weapons you've collected. Just tap on the weapon you want them to use, and voila, your dweller is now armed and ready to face the Wasteland's dangers!
