How to Equip Focus in Warframe
You have to unlock a Focus School first, usually by completing 'The Second Dream.' After that, you can use the Operator menu on your ship to set it up!

To equip Focus in Warframe, first complete a Focus quest like 'The Second Dream'. Next, in your ship, go to the Operator room and access the Focus School menu. Pick your desired Focus School and configure your Focus abilities. Remember to equip your selected Focus in your Arsenal under the “Focus & Lenses” tab!
Simple! Finish 'The Second Dream' quest, then head to the Operator room in your ship to select and equip your Focus.
Unlock 'The Second Dream' and then equip Focus from the Operator room. Easy peasy!
Once you finish 'The Second Dream,' the Focus menu in your ship’s Operator room will let you select your Focus School and abilities. Get to it, Tenno!
