To equip the Hazmat suit, go to your inventory, navigate to the apparel section, and select the suit from your outfits. Boom, you're ready to fight germs and bad guys!
Just open your inventory, go to Apparel, and equip the Hazmat suit. Simple as that.
In my experience, you just need to find it in your Apparel inventory and equip it. You'll look like a badass in no time!
