How to Equip Items in Warframe

Go to the Arsenal in your orbiter. Pick the slot (Warframe, weapon, etc.) and select 'Equip.' Done!
From your ship, head to the Arsenal (the console at the back). There, click on the Warframe, weapon, or gear slot you want to change and select 'Equip.' Simple as that!
I always use the Arsenal to equip my stuff. Just go there, select the slot, and choose 'Equip.' Easy peasy!
