Eh, don't overcomplicate it. Equip one hair on your PC first, then switch back to your mobile. It shows up with multiple hairs.

Just equip one hair, go to the next hair's page, copy the asset ID from the URL, and add it to your avatar's URL manually. It's a bit of a hack, but it works!
