Instead, each Legend has their own unique abilities that you use throughout the match. These include a Tactical Ability, a Passive Ability, and an Ultimate Ability. You don't equip these, as they're inherent to each Legend. So, picking different Legends is how you change your 'perks' in-game. Hope that clears things up!
