To equip a specialization weapon in The Division 2, hit the menu button, then navigate to the 'Specializations' tab. Choose your specialization, and the weapon should automatically equip when you switch to that specialization. Easy peasy!

You need to unlock the specialization first. Then go to the White House Base of Operations, select your specialization, and boom鈥攜our weapon's ready to go!
