Simple! Open the menu by tapping the three lines at the top left, head to your inventory, and select the 'Titles' tab. From there, just choose your title.

You gotta open the menu, click inventory, then find your titles tab and pick what you like. Easy peasy!
From my experience, just tap the three lines for the menu, go into inventory, and under Titles, select the one you want. Worked every time for me!
Just tap the menu button (three lines), go to inventory, and equip your title in the 'Titles' section. Done!
