It's simple: in the Avatar Editor, wear your first hair like normal, then go back to the hair section, right-click on the second hair, copy the asset ID, and paste it into the 'Advanced' settings.

Just use the Advanced settings in Avatar Editor to add the second hair. Copy the ID of the second hair you want and paste it in. Done!
