Head to the main menu, go to My Inventory, then to Unlockables, and there you can equip them to your player or team!

Seriously, just open the game, go to My Inventory, find the Unlockables section, and put them on. Easy peasy.

From personal experience, get to the main menu, tap on My Inventory, then select Unlockables, and finally, choose what you need. Works every time!
