Who needs weapons when Kiryu's fists are more powerful? But if you must, just go to the 'Equipment' menu from the pause screen.
You can access your weapons by pausing the game and selecting the 'Equipment' tab. Choose the weapon you want to equip, and you're good to go!
Pause the game, navigate to 'Equipment', and pick your weapon of choice. Kiryu will be ready to rumble!
Hit the pause button, go to your 'Equipment' menu, and then just select the weapon. Boom, you're armed!
