You can’t just wave a wand, but you can visit your profile, hit the 'Activity Log,' and filter by 'Likes & Reactions' to hover over the post and 'Unlike' it.
Head over to your Activity Log, find the Your Likes section, then click the three dots next to the post and select 'Unlike.' Manual labor, but it works!
Not worth the hassle. Just leave the likes there.
