Hit up the Dashboard, head to 'Settings', then 'System' and 'Storage'. Pick your storage device, find 'Profiles', locate the profile you wanna take out, and then select 'Delete'. You can opt to delete the profile only or the profile along with its saved games and achievements.

Go to 'Settings', then 'System', then 'Storage'. From there, select the storage device where the profile is saved, choose 'Profiles', and then select the profile you want to delete. Hit 'Delete' and choose if you want to delete the profile only or the profile and its associated saved games. Easy peasy!
