I've done this a million times! Start by going down two spaces, left three, up one, then right two spaces, and end going up three spaces. You'll be out in no time!

As a fellow BitLife escape artist, I can confirm that you need to move: down 2, left 3, up 1, right 2, and finally up 3. Worked for me every time!
