Locate a suitable building, usually marked on your map, and use Influence to claim it. Easy peasy!
First, scout potential locations with a good fence, plenty of buildings, and enough parking, then claim it using your Influence! Remember to park your car nearby to quickly transfer supplies!
It's basically real estate with zombies鈥攑ick a base with a good fence, plenty of parking, and use Influence to make it home!
