Just go to a building, clear it out, and use your radio to set it up as an outpost. Piece of cake!
First, find a building you want to use as an outpost, then clear it of zombies. Once it's secure, use the radio menu to set it as an outpost. Easy peasy!
Honestly, just clean a place, open your radio menu, and claim it. It鈥檚 a no-brainer.
I've done this a few times: take out all zombies in a building, then use your radio to establish the outpost. Make sure you have enough Influence!
