Just farm Babore in Route 3 for Attack EVs... it's really that simple. You'll be strong in no time!
Honestly, I think it's faster to use TP Resets and just buy the TP potions with Robux.
From personal experience, Route 4's grass patches are the best. Babore and Antsee provide decent Attack TP, and it's pretty efficient!
