I've dodged a few scans myself! Equip a Scan Jammer. It鈥檒l disrupt enemy scanners and let you slip through unnoticed.
Make sure to upgrade your ship's engine and boosters. Speed through security zones before they can lock on and scan your ship.
Use backwater space stations and remote planets. Authorities don't patrol those areas as heavily, so you're less likely to get scanned.
