All you need is a Magnetic Lure Module; use it at a PokéStop, and evolve Magneton when it's active. Perfectly simple!

To evolve Magneton into Magnezone, you need to use a Magnetic Lure Module at a PokéStop and then evolve your Magneton while in range of that lure. Happy evolving!

Buying a Magnetic Lure from the shop and activating it at a PokéStop will let you evolve Magneton to Magnezone. Just did mine yesterday!
