You can't directly trade settlements in Total War: Warhammer. But, you can conquer the desired settlement and then gift it to the other faction through diplomacy.

Got two factions with overlapping interests? Act as a mediator by capturing settlements and redistributing them to maintain balance and avoid war.

To exchange settlements in Total War: Warhammer, engage in diplomacy with the faction you want to trade with. Look for the 'Offer Settlement' option under the trade tab and select the settlement you want to offer. Sweeten the deal with gold or other resources if needed!

Trying to trade settlements? Good luck! The game doesn't allow direct settlement trades. You'll have to get creative with conquering and gifting instead.
