From personal experience, I’d say just keep fighting every monster until the game tells you there’s nobody left. It might take a while, but persistence is key!
Just walk back and forth in each area and fight everything that pops up. Keep doing it until no more monsters appear.
Honestly, just pacing back and forth like you lost your keys will get the job done. Eventually, you'll hit the “But nobody came…” message.
Hot take: Just play for the story. Trying to exhaust every room is a massive grind!
