Leave the group by going to the group's main page, then click 'More' beside the 'Joined' button and hit 'Leave Group'.
Go to the group, click the three dots on the cover photo, and choose 'Leave Group.' Confirm and you're outta there!
Click on the group's name to open it, then hit the three dots at the top right corner and select 'Leave group'. All done!
Just click 'Leave Group.' Done!
