I tried forgetting to save once and lost a whole day of progress. Never again! Always hit that minus button and choose 'Save and End' when you're ready to wrap up your island adventures. It saves your game and ensures you pick up right where you left off!

Exiting and saving in Animal Crossing is super chill! Just hit the 'Save and End' option from the Start menu. It's like telling your island 'BRB' and making sure everything stays just as you left it. If you're playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons, just press the '-' (minus) button on your Nintendo Switch to bring up the save menu.

Hot take: Why exit when you can live in bliss with your animal pals 24/7? ? But seriously, press '-' and select 'Save and End'. Easy!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
