Exiting the Hot Wheels expansion in Forza Horizon 3 is pretty straightforward. Just head to the pause menu, scroll over to the 'Cars' tab, and select 'Return to Festival'. This will teleport you back to the main Festival area, effectively leaving the Hot Wheels expansion behind. Safe travels!
