To leave the Institute in Fallout 4, simply interact with the central elevator that brought you in. It acts as the main access point to and from the Institute. Once you're in the elevator, you should see an option to return to the Commonwealth. Easy-peasy, post-apocalyptic lemon squeezy!

I remember the first time I got stuck trying to leave the Institute. Thought I'd have to become a permanent resident, lol. Turns out, all you have to do is use the same elevator you came down in. Look for the button to go back to the Commonwealth. No need to overcomplicate it!

If you're a Fallout 4 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
