Make sure your model's scale and orientation are correct in Blender first. Export as an .obj, then drag and drop the file into the Exploration panel in Roblox Studio.

Just use Roblox Studio to import it. Export as an .fbx from Blender, then go to the Asset Manager in Roblox Studio and add it in.
