Easy peasy! Open the Facebook app, start a new post, and click the 'Check In' option. Pick your location, add any details, and post away!
I've done this a million times: Create a post, hit 'Check In', and select your location from the list. It's quick and easy.
Just go to the post creation box, tap the location pin icon, choose your spot, and boom鈥攜ou're checked in!
