Hey! So, there isn't a traditional 'factory reset' for an Xbox One controller as you might expect. But you can try reconnecting it to your console or updating the firmware through the Xbox Accessories app.

You can also remove the batteries, press and hold the sync button for a few seconds, and then reconnect it to the console. That usually fixes most issues!
