Just head to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console. Pick the reset option you need. Done!
Go to Settings, then System, select Console Info and finally Reset Console. Pick the option that suits your needs: either keeping your games or wiping everything. Easy peasy!

I've done it a bunch of times, just go to Settings, then System, then Console info, and finally Reset console. Choose what you want to keep, if anything, and boom, factory reset initiated.
