Resetting your Steam Deck is pretty straightforward! Just turn off your device completely. Then, hold down the Volume Down button while pressing the Power button until the Steam logo pops up. You'll enter the Recovery menu; from there, select 'Recovery' > 'Restore factory image'. Remember, this will wipe all your data, so make sure to back up any important files!
Honestly, I wouldn't factory reset unless you really have to. It erases all your games and saves. But if you must, the instructions others gave are spot on.
