Head to 'Settings' > 'System' > 'Console Settings' > 'System Info'. Write down the Console Serial Number, then go to 'Memory' in 'System Settings', press Y on the storage device and enter the serial number when prompted!

Had to factory reset mine last week. Just go to 'System Settings', then 'Storage'. Highlight your hard drive, press Y, and select 'Format'. Enter the serial number if asked. Simple!
