You'll need to power up the console and navigate to System Settings to factory reset it. Sadly, no power means no reset!

Had the same issue before! You'll have to turn it on and go through the settings to reset it. No shortcuts here.

Unfortunately, you can't factory reset an Xbox 360 without turning it on. You'll need to power it up to access the settings menu to reset it.
