Hit up the Dark Zones! You'll find a ton of titanium there, assuming you don't mind a bit of PvP action.
I've had luck farming ceramics and titanium through resource convoys. Don't forget to activate the alerts for those sweet materials!
Honestly, just dismantle any equipment you don't need. It's a steady stream of ceramics. For titanium, elite enemies drop a lot.
