Just make an ocean grinder in the Crimson. AFK farms are the way to go. Ocean grinders basically use the ocean's natural spawn to bring in loads of mobs. Place some traps, sit back, and let the game do its thing. Might take a while, but it's less effort.

Farming a Crimson Key in Terraria is all about patience and setting up the right environment. First, you gotta make sure you're in the Crimson biome 'cause that's the only place it'll drop. Set up a small farm area with Water Candles and Battle Potions to increase spawn rates. Find or make a safe spot where mobs can't easily reach you but you can still attack them - think lava traps or narrow corridors. Keep at it, and eventually, that Crimson Key will drop. Remember, it's got a super low drop rate, so gear up for a grind!

IDK why everyone makes it so complicated. Just play the game and you'll get one eventually. No need for fancy farms.
