The best way to farm fish scales in Warframe is to head to the Plains of Eidolon and start fishing! Use a Lanzo or Peram Fishing Spear and aim for Tralok, Murkray, and Sharrac鈥攜ou'll get fish scales from cutting them up at Fisher Hai-Luk.
