To farm Harrow parts, you'll need to fight specific bosses and complete certain missions. For the Neuroptics blueprint, take down Captain Vor and Lieutenant Lech Kril in the Oro mission on Sedna. The Chassis blueprint drops from the Kuva Fortress mission, Pago. For the Systems blueprint, complete Defection missions, particularly on Rotations C. Be ready for a grind!

Go to Oro on Sedna for Neuroptics. For Chassis, head to Pago on Kuva Fortress. Lastly, run Defection missions for Systems.

You can farm Harrow Parts by completing the following missions: Oro on Sedna for Neuroptics (Vor and Kril fight), Pago on Kuva Fortress for Chassis (Spy mission), and Rotation C of Defection missions for the Systems. Good luck, Tenno!

I got my Harrow by focusing on Oro for the Neuroptics, Pago on Kuva Fortress for the Chassis, and Defection missions like Caracol for the Systems. Took a bit, but worth it!
