Do thrall missions efficiently. The more thralls you kill, the faster you'll fill up that murmur meter. Trust me, it's a grind but worth it.

To farm murmurs, focus on doing Requiem Relic Fisher missions. Just find squads that are also farming Requiem Relics, and you're golden!

To farm murmurs quickly, complete the Lich's controlled nodes and kill Thralls during those missions. Cooperation with teammates makes it more efficient!
