Honestly, just find a natural water source above a lava pool and dig through. Nature does the hard work for you. Doesn't get simpler.

Pro tip: Set up a controlled area where you can continuously pour water over a controlled lava source. It's like an obsidian factory. I set mine up near my base, and now I never run out. Best decision ever.

Farming obsidian in Terraria is easier than you think! Just combine water with lava. The best way? Dig a hole near a lava pool, then redirect some water to it. Boom! Obsidian city. Remember, you need a pickaxe or drill with at least 65% pickaxe power to mine it. Happy mining!

If you're a Terraria player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
