Ceres, Saturn, Uranus, and Eris are your best bets for farming plastids. Run missions on these planets, especially survival and defense ones. Enemies drop more stuff when you kill them there!

Hop into the Ophelia mission on Uranus, and bring a Nekros with Desecrate. Trust me, you'll rake in the plastids faster than you can say 'Tenno!'

People say to bring Nekros, but honestly, I've found it's quicker to just run solo Exterminate missions on Saturn. Speed is key!

You can get plastids by running missions on Ceres and farming Dark Sectors. Check out the Sechura Dark Sector on Pluto too for a boost in resources.

Get some loot-boosting mods like Resource Drop Chance Boosters and Resource Boosters. They cost Platinum, but they're worth if you need plastids in a pinch.
