Vigor is a Nightmare Mod that you can obtain by completing Nightmare Mode missions in Warframe. Just go to the star chart and pick any Nightmare Mode node for a chance to get it as a reward!

Honestly, I got mine from Nightmare Mode missions on Mercury. RNG can be rough, but persistence pays off!
