Make sure to use the pre-load throw mechanic: press the button for the base you want to throw to before you actually catch the ball. This helps speed up the throw and can save critical moments in the game.

Don't forget to use the assist features if you're struggling. You can set fielding to Auto or Assisted in the settings to make things easier while you get the hang of it.

If you're a MLB The Show Companion App player looking for extra credit or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in MLB The Show Companion App essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
