You actually can't 'fight' Asriel in the usual sense. Just survive his attacks and show mercy.
Asriel fight? Just keep ‘dreaming’ and ‘hoping’ until it gives you the option to save everyone. It's more about survival than fighting.
In the battle with Asriel, you gotta keep surviving and use the ACT options labeled Hope and Dream. Eventually, you'll get the chance to save your friends, and that’s the key to winning.
