How to Fight Empress of Light in Terraria
Fighting the Empress of Light is all about preparation and strategy! First, make sure you've got the best gear possible for your class. Gear up with high-tier armor and weapons. You'll want mobility accessories like wings or a good hook to dodge her attacks. Buffs from potions (Ironskin, Regeneration, Swiftness, etc.) are a must. Create a large, open arena with platforms to maneuver around her attacks. Most importantly, practice dodging her patterns; they can be brutal but are predictable once you learn them.

Haha just run and gun, my dude. But seriously, stock up on healing potions and have an arena with heart lanterns and campfires. Oh, and fight her during the day for an extra challenge ;)
Honestly, don't bother fighting her during the day unless you're ready to rage quit. Nighttime is the right time for this battle.
