Raptor won't know what hit it! Equip a good high-impact weapon (try Opticor) to destroy its shields and armor. When it drops bombs, shoot them mid-air to damage the Raptor. Easy peasy!
Get yourself a Warframe with good mobility (like Nova or Rhino), and aim for Raptor's weak spots. Don’t forget to dodge those bombs!
Just blast it with everything you've got. Or bring a friend who knows what they're doing!
