For taking on the Flydolon, I personally found that using a Rhino for the extra armor and going in with a bunch of friends made the fight waaaay easier. Bring plenty of gear to heal and restore energy, too!
Honestly, just avoid fighting the Flydolon unless you're max level. It's not worth the headache.
Make sure to bring an amp with decent Void damage to take down its shields. Once the shields are down, hit it with everything you've got!
